I am a highly experienced Organizational transformation coach and Inner Development Goals Ambassador with over a decade of success in driving change within organizations.

My passion is to help organisations become Regenerative.  That is becoming truly net-positive for the planet while still being profitable. And I believe the UN 5-stage sustainable integration model is a great ladder for an organization to climb to achieve this.  And I believe the skills in the Inner Development Goals framework is what you need to do the work.

The Inner development goals framework and Agile ways of working are closely related, one could say Agile is a subset of the IDG skills.
