Leadership Academy Our Leadership Academy is where organisational vision meets practical implementation. We empower organisations and their leaders to enhance their strategic capabilities in sustainable development. It’s a transformative experience that equips businesses to lead with purpose and make a lasting contribution to global sustainability efforts.

Scouting Process

At Shift10, our scouting process is designed to identify and partner with organisations that have the potential to drive meaningful change. Our process involves the following key steps:

1. Research & Identification

We identify organisations that align with our mission. This includes analyzing their current sustainability practices, leadership structure, and overall commitment to the SDGs.

2. Initial Contact & Assessment

This next step involves a thorough assessment of the organisation's needs, challenges, and goals. We aim to understand their vision for the future, and which level in the Sustainability Integration Framework they want to achieve.

3. Customized Proposal

We develop a customized proposal. This proposal includes tailored training programs, workshops, and other resources that will help the company enhance their impact on global sustainability efforts.

4. Engagement & Onboarding

We set up the necessary infrastructure for the Leadership Academy programs, assigning mentors, and scheduling the first series of workshops or training sessions. Continuously fine tuning and co-creating in partnership.

5. Ongoing Support & Evaluation

We provide ongoing support and periodically evaluate the progress ensuring that the organisation remains on track to achieve its sustainability goals and can adapt to new challenges as they arise.

Leadership Academy

Shift10’s Leadership Academy is a transformative program designed to develop leaders who can drive sustainable change. Our program equips organisations with the skills needed to excel in their organizational goals while actively contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Rooted in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), our approach fosters the personal growth and ethical leadership essential for global impact.

Targeted Training Modules

Our modules focus on essential leadership skills like strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, and sustainable business practices. Each module is designed to align these skills with the IDGs and SDGs, ensuring that leaders are prepared to lead with purpose in today’s world.

Real-World Application

Learning at the Academy is practical and impactful. Participants engage in projects that are relevant to their organisation and directly support the SDGs, applying what they’ve learned to drive real-world results.

Executive Coaching & Mentorship

Participants receive personalized coaching that builds on the IDGs, helping them develop the skills needed to contribute to the SDGs. Our mentors offer one-on-one support, guiding leaders as they implement sustainable strategies within their organisations.

Networking & Peer Learning

The Academy also fosters a network of leaders committed to sustainability. Through collaborative sessions, participants share experiences and build relationships that support ongoing development and collective impact.

We continue to support our alumni with resources, follow-up sessions, and opportunities for continued learning, ensuring they remain effective leaders aligned with the SDGs and IDGs.
