Sarah Åberg

I have worked in sales throughout my entire professional career, primarily in the IT consulting industry, both as an employed manager and CEO. In 2014, I spread my wings and started my own IT brokerage company, which I ran independently until I sold the company in 2022.

I have always been passionate about sales coaching and personal development, and in 2022, I wrote a book that serves as my personal sales guide. The book Leverera mer - min personliga säljguide is available on Bokus and Adlibris or through Crisp. It is published in both Swedish and English.

Through my book, I have coached several salespeople to achieve better results by combining individually tailored sales strategies with personal development. It is the book I wish I had at the start of my career.

I help companies optimize their sales and provide training for both salespeople and managers. In 2023, I was named one of the 50 most recommended sales coaches in Sweden, and my book has been featured in evening newspapers and Enterprise Magazine.

Today, I combine my greatest passions—sales, coaching, and education—as the proud Head of Sales at Shift10 AB.
